Costco doesn't say who makes most Kirkland Signature products. The best evidence is a public record that names the company: usually an FDA recall that lists the Kirkland label and the recalling firm. We have 25 Kirkland products on file. 19 are confirmed by a record, 5 are likely (a company statement or named reporting), and 1 has no record naming the maker.
